Aerosparkle - The Smart Laundry Locker is a 24/7 round-the-clock dry clean & laundry service that bring you an unprecedented level of convenience and access right near your premise.
The terms and conditions set out herein below govern the use of Aerosparkle's ('the Company') services offered and available on the website Aerosparkle.com, all its official Android / iOS app and all related sub-sites ('the Site'). The User is advised to read them carefully as they affect the User's rights and liabilities under the law. By using the Site, the User is deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement ('the Agreement'), as well as those terms and conditions incorporated by reference and/or implication.
The Company may amend the terms and conditions from time to time. The User will be notified of any amendments via announcement on the Site. If the User continues to use the Site and/or services provided by the Company on the Site ('the Services') after the date on which any amendments come into effect, the User shall be deemed to have consented to be bound by the amended terms and conditions. In the event the User does not agree to the amendments, the User shall not continue to use the Site and/or the Services.
The COMPANY is the entity owning and operating Aerosparkle.com platform and acting as an intermediary for laundry services. The company is not providing laundry services itself.
OPERATOR
The Operator is defined as the entity acting as final provider of laundry services, thus performing the actual cleaning of customers’ garments.
TEXT MESSAGES & EMAILS
By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you informational text (SMS) messages and Emails as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages and Emails from the Company at any time by sending a request to support@aerosparkle.com You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages or emails may impact your use of the Services.
NON-PAYMENT
Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the drop off date will be considered abandoned, and all property will be donated to charity.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS (Aerosparkle) All property once returned to a locker must be removed from the locker by customer within 76 hours. Property not claimed after 76 hours will be removed from the locker and items will be delivered back to the Operator. Customers have up to 30 days to claim their property from the Operator. Any property not claimed within 30 days of the original returned date will be donated to charity. All property claims issued later then the 76 hours from the original returned date shall be made only in writing at support@aerosparkle.com. Any cost incurred by pick up of property from the Operator shall be paid by the customer.
PAYMENTS
Available payment options on the webapp are FPX,Grabpay, Boost, Touch n Go and Credit Card.
DAMAGED PROPERTY
The Locker’s Operator follows the standard
s and policies set forth by our organization. We choose the Laundry with utmost care, but Aerosparkle shall not be held liable for any damage occurred through the cleaning process, that is solely the Laundry’s liability. The Laundry may have their own terms and conditions for providing the laundry services. Any damaged items must be reported via phone to the Operator as it is imprinted on the Locker. The Operator will turn to the Laundry Service, in case they are not one and the same, for further investigation and resolution.
LOST ITEMS When leaving items in lockers, please ensure that your locker has been correctly closed and locked. Aerosparkle is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to properly lock the locker. Our Laundry Locker is under 24 hours surveillance, however Aerosparkle will not be responsible for any lost items under any circumstances when using Aerosparkle Locker. We will however try out best to assist any matter relating to this. All claims of lost items will be reviewed on a case by case basis and the final decision shall be made using available evidence. Shall Aerosparkle find any possibility of a fraud case, We shall immediately close the case and hand it over the appropriate authority if required.
LOOSE ITEMS
Although the Operator or Laundry try as hard as possible to track such items, they are not responsible for loose items such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cuff-links, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, hangers, etc.. We request that customers remove these items and empty pockets prior to leaving items in the Laundry Locker as we cannot be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (Lipstick, Gum, Pens, etc.).
REFUND
Purchased prepaid credits via App (Including Freebies and remaining credits if any) Items damage and/or loss compensation, gift certificate, online reward, loyalty points (either with or without the expiry date), all cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserved the right to change, modify and/or cancel our refund policy without prior notice.
TURNAROUND TIME
Service days and turnaround time vary by location and service required. Aerosparkle will make its best reasonable effort to adhere to our service schedule, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.
REWARD POINTS / CREDITS
All customers at Aerosparkle will be entitled to earn credits for every top-up made at any Aerosparkle's portal. Credits can then be used as cash value to offset the amount of the total bill due on your order. (1 credit = RM1.00). Credit cannot be converted into cash Money. Aerosparkle reserves all rights to not allow any credits redemption or accumulation if found or suspect any fraud cases.
